Stone Mountain Arts Center Wedding: Nick & Abby
It was such a spectacular fall day for Nick and Abby’s wedding at the Stone Mountain Arts Center in Brownfield, Maine. The colors were just starting to turn, the temperatures were perfect, and “SMAC” was looking mighty fine in the sun with beautiful blue skies. Jackie Gardner from Moonset Farm Floral was working her magic with decorating the antique chandelier, hanging sweet florals from the beams and the most big and lush bouquet that we could not stop looking at. In addition, the Stone Mountain Arts is just bursting with cuteness, character, and the most classic post and beam structures around. Nick and Abby truly picked a special place for their wedding day. These two got engaged while snowshoeing on Mount Washington, and have a keen fondness for the White Mountain Region. They had all their dearest friends and family gather at The Stone Mountain Arts Center to Celebrate their love! Their ceremony was held in the big barn, while the cocktail hour was in the smaller Quisisana Barn and during the cocktail hour the large barn is transformed to where they have dinner, and then dancing into the night is back in the small Quisisana Barn. It’s so fun, you just hop back and forth from barn to barn! Their ceremony was so lovely, wonderful toasts were given, we went all around the dirt roads of Maine for their portraits, snuck out for sunset photos and they even had a sparkler sendoff! Oh, and this crew danced and their uncle was in their band that kept everyone moving. Thank you Nick & Abby, we had so much fun documenting your fabulous day!
