Elyse & Kir had an incredibly wonderful wedding on August 11th, 2012 at the family home of Kir’s grandparents and his parents in Durham, New Hampshire. Kir’s parents home is just a few acres away from his grandparents, a perfectly special location for Kir and Elyse to wed! Elyse got ready in Kir’s parent’s home, which was light, bright and airy. A perfect place to be right before your big day! They had an intimate first look moment right outside Kir’s family home, next to the wood pile. The bridal party rolled up in a vintage truck to greet them with phenomenal energy and not to mention impeccable style! The ladies were in light neutral tone dresses while the guys had classic suspenders with plaid ties. The ceremony was full of friends, family, sweet vows, and a gun salute at the end as the bride and groom walked across the fields toward their reception with all their loved ones following them! It was quite the bang! We did a few more AMAZING portraits in the field, the barn, and of course with their classic vintage truck, gasp and again, amazing! The evening was filled with dances, music sung and played by their friends and family, special russian toasts, and so much more! Thank you so much Kir & Elyse for having me capture you wedding day- this is one I will forever treasure! There were so many things I loved about your day, and one being that I feel like I’ve made two new friends! xo!
