Hardy Farm & Weston’s Farm: Mike & Kim Engaged
Oh I had such a fun engagement shoot with Mike and Kim! In August we met up on a Monday afternoon at a family owned farm in Fryeburg Maine known as Weston’s Farm. I love this place! They have beautiful gardens, produce, barn and they don’t use any GMO seed either, which I think is pretty special. Oh, and they make killer whoopie pies and pies! Thus, we started their engagement session there, just bopping around all the beautiful spots at the property. Next we headed over to the elegant and classic venue in Fryeburg known as The Hardy Farm. Their beautiful white barn never gets old to use in photos, and it’s the only one of it’s kind in the area! Kim slipped into a cute dress for this portion of the shoot, so cute! And the gardens at The Hardy Farm were just booming too! In addition, Mike & Kim have a passion for the White Mountains as they hike and ski here regularly, so we wanted be sure to get some mountain vistas in their photos too. We headed down the road to some fields, but along the way we stopped at some cornfields that I just couldn’t resist! Oh sweet summer corn, sweet young love! Perfect! We continued on to some fields down the road that are absolutely beautiful with the White Mountains in the distance. We wrapped up the shoot at dusk, and for their drive home I had bought them some whoopie pies and blueberries from Weston’s Farm to help them have energy for the drive home that evening. Yum! Congrats Mike & Kim! I cannot wait for you wedding next year at the Mount Washington Resort!
