Are you ready for a beautiful wedding at the Whitney’s Inn, in Jackson, New Hampshire during the heart of winter?  Well get ready winter brides, this blog post is for you!  Andrea and Josh are such a special couple for so many reasons, to start they were so kind, thoughtful, excited, and of course so very much in love!  And to point out the obvious they just love the White Mountains in the winter months, and that is the reason why the decided to wed at the Whitney’s Inn in January!  There were so many sweet details to help warm their guests up throughout the day including hand warmers, hot cocoa mix, blankets, and hot chocolate.  And even though we didn’t have much snow this winter, somehow Andrea & Josh’s wedding day fell on a weekend when the ground was covered and even the Jackson Falls was iced up nicely!  Andrea was prepared for her winter wedding with her lil’ cowboy boots, white mittens, and handmade white shawl.  Josh, a big fan a the winter temperatures was happy in his suit, with no extras needed!  Tough stuff!  These two opted to have their first look moment off site at a private barn, and we then bopped all over Jackson to their favorite spots including the Jackson Covered Bridge, the Jackson Falls, and the old Jackson Library.  Then these two and their guests had an outdoor ceremony at the woodland ceremony site at the Whitney’s Inn!  It was short and sweet, but something everyone will remember as they cozied up on the benches together with their blankets, hand warmers, and jackets.  Once they sealed it with a kiss the fun was just beginning with family and bridal party portraits, sunset photos, and to top it off- a ride on the horse drawn carriage!  Inside the barn the evening was full of toasts, dancing, cake balls, and to top it off- fireworks!  Josh & Andrea surprised all their loved ones with the most fantastic fireworks display!  At the very end of the evening we did a special portrait with sparklers that seemed to wrap up their day perfectly!  Thank you Andrea & Josh, we absolutely loved your incredible wedding day, and feel so lucky to now know two incredibly wonderful people!
