Sweet Summer Wentworth Inn Wedding: Kyle & Kristina
It was the most beautiful sunny day on June 13th, 2015. Kristina and Kyle wed at the Wentworth Inn in historic Jackson, New Hampshire among family and friends traveling from afar. Many of their guests have never visited the White Mountains before. I’m so happy they were able to experience this beautiful part of the country under these near-perfect conditions. Kristina and her bridesmaids were all getting ready in one of the Wentworth’s beautiful condos while Kyle spent his morning with his groomsmen and later, with his dad. Debony, from Debony Salon, finished Kristina’s make-up, the curlers were taken out, hair was done by Kelly, from Vivid Salon, and Kristina stepped into the most beautiful gown. Since Kyle and Kristina opted for a first look, Kristina stepped outside quickly with her bridesmaids, still in their robes, as they wished her luck as she left to go meet Kyle. The historic Jackson Library was where Kyle waited. These moments are so fun and intimate. We had time to drive around Jackson and visit the quintessential landmarks that make this quaint town so famous. Kristina’s bouquet, designed by Carrie from Dutch Bloemen Winkel, was so bright and colorful- one of my favorites this year! The flowers all complimented the grey bridesmaid’s dresses and dressed up the reception tables so elegantly. The ceremony was held in front of the gazebo on the Wentworth Inn grounds with the sounds of the river in the background. We were all reminded of how Kristina and Kyle first met with many laughs and some tears. Following the ceremony, guests were greeted with a cocktail hour on the Inn’s back porch. With weather like this day, family and friends were free to walk the stunning property and sit in the beautiful sunshine. The tent set up for the reception was so elegant. Tables were decorated with summer flowers and each table was labeled with a different flower name tag. Kristina and Kyle’s first dance was followed by touching toasts from Kristina’s dad, sister, Karla and Kyle’s brother, Cody. Following dinner, Kristina and Kyle walked out to the Wentworth Inn golf course for the last portraits of the evening. The sky gifted them the most beautiful sunset. As soon as we walked back to the tent, dancing was underway! NRG Entertainment kept the dance floor crowded well into the night. Thank you Kristina and Kyle for having us document your beautiful wedding day. What a special day it was. I’m so happy the sun was shining for you two. Kristina, you looked so beautiful! To many, many wonderful years ahead!
