Hardy Farm Wedding: Brydie & Damon

Brydie and Damon held a fairly intimate wedding on August 29th at the beautiful Hardy Farm but made sure to include one special guest, their precious pup Meisja. Meisja kept Damon company as he tied his tie, walked the grounds to make sure everything was still in place and also while he waited for Brydie for their first look moment before the ceremony. It’s so fun when couples can include their dog at their wedding and even more fun when the dog miraculously stays calm all ceremony long. Meisja was a trooper and I hope she accompanies Brydie and Damon on many, many climbing/hiking adventures anywhere they decide to go. Since Brydie and Damon decided on a first look, we were able to utilize time before the ceremony to photograph the two of them (and Meisja) all around the beautiful Hardy Farm grounds. The ceremony was held at the Woodland Chapel and guests moved to the garden area for cocktail hour. It was so nice to be able to spend tons of time with the guests at the cocktail hour taking candids and portraits of them together. Dinner was hosted family style in the barn with guests truly enjoying themselves. Brydie and Damon agreed to take a quick break to drive down to the closest sunset spot. I’m so glad they did! The sunset showed off just enough for some beautiful portraits. We finished the night off with lots of dancing, smiling and laughing in the barn. Thank you two for inviting Brian and I to photograph your wedding day. I had so much fun getting to know you two. Congratulations and I hope to see you many more times out at the cliff!
