Mountain View Grand Wedding: Michael & Rachael

Fall is always a special time in New Hampshire, but it is especially beautiful up at the classic and historic hotel, The Mountain View Grand. Michael and Rachael wed there on October 11th, 2015 on a stunning and slightly overcast fall day. The slight overcast is a dream come true there, for when the sun is filtered, the mountains and the colors just seem to “pop” even more than usual! Michael and Rachael both got ready with the wedding parties inside the inn, and opted for an incredibly sweet first look moment. Michael could barely keep it together when he saw his bride in her brillant vintage-esque wedding gown. Right after their intimate moment, all of Rachael’s bridesmaids were out on a porch be hind them waving and giggling with excitement, so cute! We wondered all around the eloquent Mountain View Grand for their couple photos. It seemed like every time we turned around there was another beautiful spot, and the light was working with us perfectly. Oh, and the temperature was just perfect for a fall wedding day! After their portraits we met up with the bridal party and also family to do take those photos as well. Then it was almost sunset, which meant it was time for Michael and Rachael to get married on the Overlook Lawn with the sun, mountains, friends and family surrounding them. They had a beautiful ceremony, sealed it with a kiss, and were ready to celebrate with all that had traveled to be with them on their special day! There were dances, toasts, and more dancing that filled the evening. We even took a few special portraits right after the sun had just gone down. Wowza! What a day! Thank you Michael and Rachael! We LOVED capturing your beautiful day, and feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with such a lovely and sweet couple!
